You wrote about mandating carts. My video is about mandating carts on public land. Not private golf courses. Governments cannot make walking illegal on public land. Public land is for public use. One federal ruling said, “Public land has been held in trust for public use for the last 2000 years. Such use is a part of the Liberty interes of the people.” Liberty of course means Freedom of choice.

iim a member at a golf course where you cant walk on a w/e or fridays. they use to but had trouble with a few people teaming up walking and wouldnt let you play through so they banned walking on w/e. i see their point but the kicker is through the week if i want a cart it is $8.00/9 $12.00/18 $16.00/27. it is a 27 hole course. but on w/e it is $15.00/9 $26.00/18 $35.00/27. that is bs cause i paid big money for a membership and i think that is steep just to use acart.
