Whether they're hiring or not is outside my ability to find out. I do know that it's a tough business to get into. A specialty shop has difficulty competing against the D1ck's Sporting Goods of the world... even though you'll be getting more as far as customer service goes from the specialty shop. The economy is rough still, so that's going to work against you, as well. I suggest joining either the Professional Clubmaker's Society, the International Clubmaker's Guild, or the PGA (not just the Tour and teachers).
